Our Process:
- We are starting by understanding the project idea and defining the main features.
- Prepare and gather the requirements of the project and send the RFP.
- Start the analysis process by gathering and defining all functional requirements specifications & share updates via Notion workspace to approve this step.
- Start the UI/UX process by designing the screens using Figma & share updates to approve this process.
- Start the development process by implementing a module per model from the project & share the updates of the completed module to approve it after testing it from the QA engineer.
- Repeat Step 5 until completing the whole project.

If there are any changes to the requirements after approving the contract, then that will be with other prices and deadlines for the new requirements.
